Welcome to our new self-massageSpineMate tm Back-Roller ! *** This massage tool has been years indevelopment and trials. It allows usersto give themselves a massage theirway, by being in control of the exactlocation of massage as well as theamount of pressure given. *** You can use this for a 30-second quickenergizing massage, getting the bloodflowing after sitting too long. Or youcan work slowly on one part of yourback which may be bothering you. Youcan work a few seconds at a time manytimes during the day, or for a longertime; you decide. *** This Back-roller is used by adjusting the height of the top roller to about level with your shoulders. The diagonal slots in the wooden frame, whcih allow for a 14" range of height adjustment, simply slip over a pin in the wall bracket. The frame is light and easy to lift out of the bracket or place back in. *** Then you lean back and enjoy. Find those spots you wish to massage. Go gently or firmly; you are in control. Bend your knees a bit to go up and down along the rollers. Push a bit on the muscles along the spine. Feel the alignment. Enjoy the increased blood flow. Enjoy the invigorating energy. *** The bracket may be mounted permanently to a wall or door frame with screws, or put up quickly and easily with removable 3M Command (tm) adhesive strips included with your SpineMate Back-Roller.
